Getting started with the Accuair Endo-CVT tank installation and wiring. In this video I go over what holes in the tank to plug, What locktite to use and review the wiring. I also give you guys the first listen to how quiet the Endo-CVT is.

 

What is the Endo-CVT?

INTERNAL WABCO COMPRESSOR – The internal WABCO compressor refills the tank with completely dry air at a rate twice as fast as the current market standard compressor.

DIGITAL INTELLIGENCE – Internal ECU monitors tank pressure, compressor head temperature, and ambient moisture levels to optimize compressor operation, provide maximum duty cycle, as well as regenerate the built-in desiccant air dryer as required.

SILENT OPERATION – Near silent operation due to a patent pending primary and secondary isolation system that softly suspends the compressor inside the tank body.

VALVE-INTEGRATED TANK CAPS – Includes the solenoid valves and air tank all in one easy to mount package

ADJUSTABLE FLOW CONTROL – Built-in VFC™ (variable flow control) adjusters allow for end user adjustment of the speed of each corner and each direction individually.

FILTERED PORTS – FFPT (fully-filtered-push-to-connect) air fittings eliminate the risk of debris-induced valve problems common with all other solenoid valves on the market.

BOLTED CONSTRUCTION – Modular and bolted construction makes disassembly possible for maintenance and upgrades.

DOT RATED AND TESTED – The only DOT Approved Aluminum air tank for air suspension. Certified to 200 psi and tested to an incredible 1324 psi burst pressure.

You guys were right opening up the passenger headlight intake did bring in some unwanted dust and water into the engine bay.  I fixed the issue with a $15 part.

 

Routing the air into the front of the engine and the water down and out through the maintenance pan using the Spectre Performance 8741 Black 3″ Air Duct Hose

The rear deck rattle has been an issues since I picked up the car in 2015. The fix will take about 3 hours to complete and is totally worth the effort. No longer having to listen to the blown speaker sound created by the deck vibration is priceless.

I was so excited to see the Ikon Motorsports Challenger rear Diffuser finally available! I ordered it right away and was pretty disappointed when it arrived. It’s not ALL bad, but there are a few things you need to consider before buying.

This is an unpainted piece, while it’s black like your trim and some wouldn’t mind the imperfections in the finish, I feel it’s meant to be prepped and Painted. I’m also not willing to delete my backup sensors.

I’ll go over my issues with the product and why I’m sending it back in hopes they they address some of the issues that make it not worthy for the WorkPlayDrive Challenger.
